In August there will be a back to basics workshop on Fundamentals of Chakras and Soul Nutrition.

 

In this workshop we will learn in details the how, when, where, why, workings and deeper understanding of these power houses. In order to understand and connect to your body, it is important to know the correspondences between chakras and how it feeds your glands, organs and body parts. Then you will learn from the physical point of view how to nourish the body with alkalising minerals and food.

 

Remember we are Spirit living in the physical body, so therefore it is important to know and understand how this positive feedback loop works. That is, how the chakras nourish our physical body, and how the physical body can feed the chakras; giving rise to win-win situation of great health.

 

It is not enough just doing spiritual works as the energies intensifies all around us. Our physical body is the barometer to gauge how we are absorbing these new energies. The body cannot absorb or filter these finer frequencies or Light Codes if it is not functioning at its best. This means ditching out old habits, old school thinking, and allow your consciousness to open and grow exponentially.

How much better can meditation get? Wow! Inner Child Meditation. my Inner Child went ZOOM from infant throughout childhood to 30 years old. This beautiful young lady - lots of light around her and she was light while still having the form of a young lady. When she put her arms up, 'twas like angel wings. I took her to my heart and cuddled her and I felt it in my being. How does one "come back" and let go to come back to the previous reality. I know she melded into my very being and I could really feel this - that is exactly what it felt like.
