Allowing yourself to evolve, transition, transform….
As much as we continue to experience and watch the chaos around us, do allow yourself to come within and work through your own inner chaos. It is important to go within and reflect the same happenings of “what’s with-out is what’s with-in”. Most of us find it easier to be involved with the outer than the inner aspect. It takes great courage to ask ourselves what is it that needs to be changed for ourselves in order to move ahead. Time is changing and the world will no longer be the same in every aspect. So therefore if we resists the acknowledgment that we have to think, do or feel differently in the present time, it will become even more challenging.
Now let’s think about everything that happens to us from the time we wake up and find we are back in the body until the time we rest in a peaceful sleep again. Just remember most things will become mundane happenings for the day, a ritual or routine, until suddenly a new lesson is thrown at us to take notice of. Often this becomes a challenge, painful or soul awakening situation.
We choose to act or react. What we choose to do, how we react or face these challenges are the awakening process or change we face daily. This is what it is all about….. our Ascension process!
Most lessons are created to allow us to choose our reactions, such as making us feel various emotions like anger, frustration, upset, offended, insulted, inferior, or happy, joyful, grateful etc. It is easy to react to joy or happiness, but not so easy when it becomes negatively charged emotions. It is good to be able to feel all emotions including the negatively charged ones. It is only detrimental if we dwell on it or bury it over periods of time, which then manifest as a physical ailment. By this time, the emotion would have long be forgotten. The lesson would now need to be retraced back to its original source. Imagine if these emotions have been years in the making. Most physical ailments are manifestations of our emotions unresolved, the longer it is there, the more obvious the discomfort, pain or disease state.
Therefore it is not difficult to understand our human consciousness or how we work inside and out. These are the stages of our behaviour making us who we are today. We choose our reactions to circumstances with our emotions. If unresolved, it is buried deeper within us because the lesson has not been dealt with. It repeats itself with various triggers to try to teach us what it is we need to learn. After a long long period of time and if it is still unresolved, it becomes a mental belief or mindset. In other words, we “belief” it is so. This then becomes harder to shift because it becomes your belief system. Your higher consciousness continues to show you what is happening with different triggers. You may or may not learn it in this life time, it is your planned journey.
Just remember if we choose to react in situations, do so at the time. If you know it is a negative reaction, for example feeling anger, insulted, offended or taken it to heart, then ask yourself later what it is that made you react that way. Look at the whole picture and try to see the grand scheme of things of what your higher consciousness is trying to teach you. The way to understand yourself, if you have taken situations to heart or feeling hurt or angry or other emotions, ask yourself what it is that made you feel that way. It is common to trace back to your own lacking of self worthiness, self confidence, self knowing, or most importantly SELF LOVE! If you stand tall and have all of these selfless-ness especially self LOVE, then nothing can ever offend, insult, frustrate, anger or make you feel other than compassion, love, understanding or your own true knowingness!
Remember, address your physical body as the barometer, communicating with you from you higher consciousness 24/7. Are you willing to listen or hear?
Easy to understand, the fun part is to continue to challenge ourselves with these lessons!
